About Desert Pines HOSA
CERT weekend
A cert team of professionals took a weekend to come to our school and teach us everything we could learn about CERT from procedures the chain of command to how to put out a fire and care for injured people.

During our time with CERT one of the most memorable and enjoyable parts was learning how to use a fire extinguisher in a safe and proper way.

Another interesting hands-on activity we did while at the CERT training was being able to properly transport a patient with minimal movement to prevent injury.

HOSA Homecoming Walk
At the Desert Pines homecoming football game, the school decided that at half time groups were able to walk around the football field track to promote their CTSO. Our HOSA chapter decided to make a mini ambulance and promote HOSA through love.
