Competetive events
Competitive events are a large part of what makes up HOSA. competitive events are projects, skills or knowledge-based events that HOSA members will compete in. There are several different events to choose from ranging from hands on learning to questionnaires and presentations.

solo events
solo events are usually simpler and less complex than team events and usually consist of research and discussion of a topic, some examples would be medical innovation health career display and health career photography.
Team Evets
team events are usually require 3-4 people but some you can have as little as 2-3. there are many team events that range from hands on to written presentations. larger team events such as CERT and CPR training. while health education Biomedical debate and forensic science.
team event Disclaimer
after joining a team and selecting a competetive event your team will be relying on you to do your part and contribute to the team event. This year there will be very little to no tolerance for abandoning your team for any unreasonable reason.
